Purpose of this site

This site introduces Natuliss Kyoto and lets you send an appointment request. Please use the request form for booking inquiries.

Bookings

Submitting a request is not a confirmed booking. Your appointment is confirmed only after the salon checks availability, reserves the time, and sends you a confirmation message.

Cancellation

Same-day cancellations are charged 100% of the service price.
If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible.

This fee applies after your appointment is confirmed, unless the salon tells you otherwise.

Groups

For two guests: we have two enzyme bath tubs (one guest per tub), so both can bathe at the same time when available; other treatments are generally one guest at a time.

Accuracy

We aim to keep salon information accurate. Hours, holidays, menus, and prices may change. Please verify details with the salon before your visit.

Health & suitability

Some services may not suit every physical condition. Please follow salon guidance and disclose relevant health information when asked.

1. リクエスト送信は予約確定ではありません。
2. 店舗の確認と確定連絡の後に予約が成立します。
3. 当日キャンセルは施術料金の100％を申し受けます。
   ご予定が変わる場合は、できるだけ早くご連絡ください。
4. 詳細・不明点は店舗へご連絡ください。

2名の場合、酵素風呂はバスタブが2基あり各1名で同時利用できることがあります。その他の施術は原則1名ずつです。
